His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Evolution Capital's trajectory, guiding its growth, and solidifying its reputation in the industry.

Nigel founded Evolution Capital in 2003 following a 20 year career in senior roles with leading global IT vendors in the UK and US, including IBM and Wang, prior to moving into strategic advisory implementation.

Duncan heads up the transaction team at Evolution Capital. A chartered accountant and highly experience corporate financier, Duncan has completed over 500 transactions.

Debbie is a corporate finance professional with twenty years experience of research and M&A programme management and client service resourcing.

Sam is responsible for leading transactional advice and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams to create outstanding transactional outcomes for our clients.

Fraser brings commercial knowledge of the telecoms and technology sectors and has first-hand experience as a business owner who established UK tech businesses and implemented successful exit strategies.

Katie plays a vital role in our ever-growing transaction team. Katie provides the highest level of transactional advice to clients through meticulous preparation of transaction documentation and the development of robust propositions.

Charlie is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant and joins the Evolution Capital transaction team as Transaction Executive, to provide advice to both ‘buy-side’ and ‘sell-side’ clients.

Duljan is an ACCA qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, and his expertise is pivotal in creating insights that effectively satisfy both shareholders and stakeholders.

Genardo brings invaluable expertise to Evolution Capital's transaction team, specialising in data analysis essential for comprehensive insights into company performance and profitability.

Tyler serves as a project manager at Evolution Capital, overseeing both buy-side and sell-side team projects and client initiatives. His role is critical in ensuring smooth project operations and providing essential oversight in research campaigns, particularly focused on targeted market analysis and landscaping.

Glen is an experienced tax professional who advises Evolution Capital's clients on how to create the most efficient tax structures for the sale and acquisition of businesses

Abi strengthens and extends Evolution Capital's research capability into new sectors, providing advice, market intelligence and development of opportunities for both ‘buy-side’ and ‘sell-side’ clients.

With 20 years' experience in Information Technology and software, Mandy brings industry-specific knowledge, C-suite contacts and project management skills in her role; to guide and assist our clients with originating new deals and to establish and prepare bridgeheads for transaction advice and service delivery.

Georgia is a first-class honours Master of Art graduate from Bournemouth university and brings specialist knowledge of new technologies to research, analysis and client presentation
