His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Evolution Capital's trajectory, guiding its growth, and solidifying its reputation in the industry.

Nigel founded Evolution Capital in 2003 following a 20 year career in senior roles with leading global IT vendors in the UK and US, including IBM and Wang, prior to moving into strategic advisory implementation.

Chris joins Evolution Capital Group as Group Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing the financial and operational health of the Group and strengthening performance management across all entities.

Sam is responsible for leading transactional advice and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams to create outstanding transactional outcomes for our clients.

Debbie is a corporate finance professional with twenty years experience of research and M&A programme management and client service resourcing.

Following the launch of EC Analytics in January and increasing client demand for financial due diligence services (FDD), we are delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan Benaim, ACCA Chartered Accountant, FDD Specialist, and Transaction Guru, as our new Transaction Manager.
