Sam holds a pivotal leadership role at Evolution Capital, primarily overseeing the buy-side transaction team while providing strategic direction to the wider Evolution Capital functions. He spearheads our financial due diligence and other buy-side services, such as deal structuring, funding strategies and financial modelling. Sam's leadership ensures successful outcomes for clients navigating complex and changing business landscapes.

Charlie, an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant, assumes a pivotal role at Evolution Capital as Transaction Executive, leading financial due diligence and other buy-side engagements. Prior to joining Evolution Capital, he was recognized as a 'Top Performer' each year at PwC.

As a senior member of the Transaction Team at Evolution Capital, Duljan heads up our Data Analytics Hub and is the creator of our AI-driven EC Analytics platform of services. With his advanced data analytic capabilities, Duljan specialises in leading and delivering specialised advice and high-quality financial due diligence reports and visualisations to shareholders, senior management teams, and other stakeholders.
