Evolution Capital are delighted to announce that one of the UK’s most prolific serial acquirers has joined the team as Client Services Director.
In his career, Ian Fishwick has done 43 mergers and acquisitions in the UK ICT sector. More importantly, over a third of those deals were done with Evolution Capital as his buy-side advisor.
Ian said, “I have finally decided to swap sides, so-to-speak, and move into Corporate Finance. I’ve reached the age where I want to help the next generation of serial acquirers and people who want to successfully exit their company. I looked around all the major players in the industry and decided to join Evolution Capital because they didn’t just have great people - they also have some of the best due diligence technology that I have seen.”
